Time:2024.07.29

On the afternoon of July 28th, local time in France, the "I Score Big Points for My Hometown Athletes" flash mob themed event, hosted by Mengniu Group, took place at the Mengniu brand showcase along the Seine River in Paris. Mengniu Group CEO Gao Fei attended and addressed the event, and Vice Chairman Lu Minfang was specially invited to attend. As the Worldwide Olympic Partner, Mengniu, along with its 26 brand ambassadors, collectively cheered for hometown athletes.

Mengniu Group's CEO Gao Fei and Vice Chairman Lu Minfang took the stage to cheer for hometown athletes, writing the powerful word "China NIU" (which can be translated as "China Strong" and also "China Bull") in traditional Chinese calligraphy on a fan, a cultural display that was also featured during the World Cup in Qatar.

The event also marked the launch of Mengniu's campaign "I Scoring Big Points for My Hometown Athletes," inviting online participation and interaction. At the event, 26 brand ambassadors of Mengniu cheered for their hometown athletes in their local dialects through video messages. The audiences joined in the enthusiasm, raising "China Strong" gesture to cheer for China.

Mengniu, along with its brand ambassadors and athletes Gu Ailing and Lin Yuwei, issued a call for nationwide sports participation through video. The event featured a "Resilience Speed Run" where the public could experience a 100-meter sprint, with winners receiving limited edition badges.

For fans attending the Games, Mengniu also hosted two brand showcases that highlight the company's sustainability efforts. The "Milky Way" along the Seine River features a running track made of recycled materials, while the “Desert Oasis” showcase offers fans a shaded relaxation space at the Eiffel Tower Stadium, highlighting Mengniu's efforts to plant trees in the Ulan Buh Desert in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China.
